Thinking of You

One of my favorite texts to send is “Thinking of You” accompanied by a picture from my camera phone. But not “Thinking of You” in a sweet, reflective way, but in a haha! in your face kind of way (all in good fun of course). I guess I love the sentimental mixed with the sarcastic. Here are a few of my favorite “Thinking of You” texts I’ve sent recently:

To my brother, who’s biggest pet peeve is girls with chipped fingernail polish:

Thinking of you

To my sisters, who are obsessed with DQ blizzards.  (Our family has been known to schedule DQ runs into our family reunion itineraries even if it means driving 25+ minutes off course):

Thinking of you

To my dad, who adores a great avocado and would steal one right off your plate in broad daylight:

Thinking of you

And to my husband, who leaves his red cup on the dresser in our bedroom every morning and every morning I take it downstairs and load it into the dishwasher:

Thinking of you

You get the idea. Who are you thinking of today?

  1. I’m glad you finally get it. See, I leave my cup there every day so you can think of me while I’m at work. 🙂

  2. For some reason I always feel the need to send my brother Rob a picture of my food from “Wienerschnitzel” or a picture of my “Snowie” or a picture of my “cheese fries from Training Table.” Because they remind me of him in a, “here are the UNHEALTHY foods that we both enjoy” Kind of way.
I think these pictures are my favorite to receive and to send.
