Letter Weeks have been on the lam the last few months. But we are back with L week!
L Week was one long week. 3 months to be exact. Kind of lame, I know, but better late than never, right?
Croft learned to squeeze fresh limes for one of our dinners.
She liked it until the lime juice in the eye episode.
We went to the local library and they loaned us some libros.
Of course Locke had to come too and look at letters.
Luckily, Croft was able to get her very first library card. She is officially a life-long reader!
One of the reasons I love Letter of the Week is the chance we have to include family in some many of our experiences.
So we went to lunch with the ladies: Laura and Lyla and Leah.
We missed Lily and Lindsey and Lauren, but we’ll have to catch them later.
I was looking for an L craft when I came across this box of Loops and Loom at Hobby Lobby. Remember those old pot holders we used to make? This was just like that.
I didn’t get a picture of the final project, but the loom worked. We have used the pot holder as a trivet more than once. Croft is thrilled every time she sees her creation being used.
(I wish the leaves would have turned a bit more because looking for leaves and a leaf rub would have been lovely too.)
Gotta love L week! And I promise not to be a loser anymore. I will post M week before Christmas!
