E Week
E week started out with an emergency. My water heater exploded (okay, maybe that is an exaggeration, but it did excrete water everywhere) which made for an exciting week.

D week has kind of been a downer. The weather has been dreary and I’ve temporarily lost the drive. Plus Croft was sick for part of the week. But life must go on, and like I said earlier some letter weeks are better than others.
This broken chair sat on my back deck for weeks, but it finally inspired this recent family night lesson:
C week commenced with Locke recovering from a cold and croup and with the neighbors cats camping out on our doorstep all week. But enough complaining, let’s get crankin’:

B week just wouldn’t be B week without baking Grandma Grace’s banana bread. I have done it with all the other kids. Croft smushed the bananas and turned on the Bosch.
