I saw this post on Pinterest and loved it. I know this to be true. We see comparison all the time amongst woman and mothers. But today I don’t want to talk about comparing ourselves to other women, I want to talk about comparing our children.

When I get home from church on Sunday I am exhausted. I am not sure exactly why–maybe it’s because Sunday is the only day of the week where I actually try to look nice and I try to have my kids look nice too. That takes a lot of work. Plus I am trying to keep everyone on their best behavior for 3 hours with no husband around. And I am doing all this wearing high heels.

We took our April Service Saturday on the road to Lander, Wyoming where my little ol’ granny lives. She fell a month ago and broke her wrist, hurt her rotator cuff and strained her groin.

Here are some of our family’s favorite kitchen kidware. These dishes just help make eating a little more fun and a little more cute and a little more classy.

My toddler refused to hold my hand as we were walking in to a crowded parking lot. I tried to give him a chance to walk right by me, but he was too unpredictable. He started to take off. I chased him and picked him up. Boy, was he mad. He kicked and screamed and tried to hit me as I carried him to the car.

When you have a little daughter with long red hair, big red lips and perfect little freckles sprinkled across her nose, you just gotta have a Strawberry Shortcake birthday party for her.
